Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Refunds will be provided for product returned within 30 days of purchase. An RMA number will be required in order for refunds to be accepted. Please email orders@flowhaircare.com with your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA number.
Please note: Only products purchased from Flow Haircare Canada may be returned for refund or exchange.
